One of the most worst experience, I have never been expected such rude behaviour from the staff of Lenskart might be lenskart forgot to train them or the lady Dhanshree having this kind of attitude idk I went with my nephew to buy glasses went on the counter I meet miss Dhanshree and ask for assistance she directly told me without any hesitation that sir all our staff is busy you must raise complaint none of representative will assist you, I'm mean it's completely alright if all representative is busy but this is not the way to talk with your client to raise complaint and all I was the privilege customer of Lenskart from last many years I always renew my gold membership too.. but the way she behave we immediately went to titan eye+ which is very next to them and bought the glasses

Excellent experience. I took my mother in law for a pair new glasses and the store rep helped in picking the right frame and the product was delivered well before the agreed time. Thank you
