Vasan Eye Care Hospital - Dombivali

The staff here are completely unpolite, they don't know what they are doing there! Have no idea about customer service! Especially the optics store inside! They cannot manage more than 1 customer! Had to wait for long time , and then was pushed back in queue! For which they gave a silly reason " like Inka doctor consulting ho chuka hai" but I was there only to check frames! And I don't why a doctor consulting is required for that! I would not suggest you this facility for eye check-up or purchasing glasses ! As they are other clinic that can do the same for the same fee and also they did not have a good collection of frames anyway! Just overselling based on the so called wide-range-of-lens. Highly disappointed! Worst experience!

Very slow service. All patients are treated same... No difference for follow ups or consultation or pre-employment... Took 3 hrs to get all formalities done for a pre employment eye check up. Wouldnt refer to anyone.

Wrong reporting on prescription and provided without verification and signatures of Dr. Actual SPH ADD of right eye is 1.50 and written by Jr person as +0.50 and Left eye +1.50. I asked for difference and replied that by mistake it was happened sorry, will take care. Need to re look by seniors or Drs.

vey bad customer experience taken the appointment on sunday at 12 pm and no doctors available no intimation for the same . very very bad experience waste of time and money 0 rating to vasan eye clinic
