I visited the Lenskart store in Ichalkaranji five months ago to purchase reading glasses. The store was crowded, and I noticed that the customer service team focused only on those who appeared well-off, while others were largely ignored. I initially thought this might be due to the crowd, so I decided to give them another chance. However, when I returned four days ago to buy an extra pair of reading glasses, I encountered the same issue. It’s disappointing to see the staff deciding how to treat customers based on their appearance. This behavior is unacceptable, and I have no intention of visiting this store again. Even though Ichalkaranji is my hometown, I’d rather go to Kolhapur or Sangli next time. The staff at this store clearly needs proper training on how to interact with customers. Judging people based on their appearance is both unprofessional and disrespectful. I have no complaints about the product I am always satisfied with all the products
