I had a very disappointing experience at Khairnar Optical. The staff, particularly the lady and the young man present, were extremely unprofessional and arrogant in their behavior. There was no sense of customer service or basic courtesy. Instead of assisting politely, they displayed a rude and dismissive attitude that made me feel completely unwelcome. I do not recommend visiting this store—there are far better options that value their customers Doesn't deserve a 1 star too

The owner don't know how to solve customer's problem and how to handle it.. service is so poor Worst experience 👎

Horrible customer service. The owner is extremely rude. I have bought 3 frames & branded glasses ,It's approx cost is. Rs. 30000 out of which one get damaged. I requested to fix the frame, but it was not ready to repair. Looks like they don't need a customer.

Very Disappointing. Disheartening.. I ordered for a blue ray lens of Rs. 3100/- and at the time of delivery I saw a few scratches in both the glasses. When questioned I was told that their glasses are with some scratches and I have to take it.
