Though hospital is posh and clean, they have very poor management of their patients. Do no go on their hospital infrastructure. I had 10 power and for me laser operation was dangerous for long term, still they did not tell us any wrong will happen to my eyes. Even my date of operation was fixed which was just after 2 days. Thankfully and fortunately, I visited other hospital and took their opinion and they straightaway said no for laser operation as my cornea was too thin to be operated and insisted me to go for ICL operation. This shows how they are dying for money and simply do not care for patients eyes and their future. Please consult other experienced doctors too as I did not find these doctors to be experienced enough. They were in so hurry to complete all the documentation and finalise the date of operation. Laser is suitable those who have their cornea as thick, there is a particular range for it so that operation can be done which these doctors completely ignored in my case. Also consult doctors from other cities too. Dr. Gujarathi and Deepak Athavle are best in the industry, so make sure to visit them definitely and save yourself.

When I visited at Mulik Netra there staff very arrogant and no any senses how to talk with patients.We asking about number I have reached at 6:45 PM they have told me now we have closed the service. I request please accept because I came From Buldana District So not possible to came tomorrow so then the Old lady told me it's your problem.Go and came tomorrow I am literary very disappoint from staff behaviour.

I went there to check my eye number but they didn't take accurate number. When I created new goggle I can see clearly with my old number..heartily not suggest anyone to go to mulik hospital..staff not good as well as not knowledgable..Dr. mulik is also not good and knowledgable..to do treatment always says go to Haldipurkar Dr panvel..I got inaccurate eye no also..I just visited..i very much dispointed.. don't go there choose another eye specialist..

Poor management. When asked for card payment they ignored us with very poor way. Receptionist does not have authority to collect payment by card instead they have been instructed to have cash payments only...whole world is going cashless and digital while the most important services like hospitals are demanding cash payments....

The treatment they provided (Mulik Netralay) is very nice. Investigation machine's and other services is vey Awesome . I request to everyone please Visit Mulik Netralay in Jalgaon One Time Thank You 😊

Manner less staff and receptionists. Better place to waste your time though the doctor is quite knowledgeable but management is worst. Ideally doctor should consider this saviour issue regarding hospital
