Very bad hospital they are working only for money no mercy at all ASG hospital team done a eye surgery of my father n cash less bill was passed just less amount what they have charged hospital never discharged us they demanded full bill very expensive hospital in Kalyan only looting people not providing proper treatment n all team is saying u come again or not I don't mind our hospital is not going to close just because of you.... very bad hospital

Asg eye hospital is recently opened near Khadakpada in Kalyan and has many branches all over India. They examine your eyes in highly equipped and modern technology machines.So your diagnosis of eye disease is correct. There is a team of expert doctors who all trained at AIIMS Hospital in Delhi.It is because of their good experience that they give proper advice to the patients here. From the beginning to the end, the staff there help you. Here you have a separate valet parking and there is also a lift to go up to the third floor. The buttons on the elevator are specially marked Braille to make the information understandable for the blind. Which can be very useful here. Accessibility ✅ Braille on 🛗 🧑‍🦯

My mother's cataract operation was done at ASG eye hospital, Khadakpada Kalyan West by Dr Manas Deshmukh. All procedures at the Reception Desk, then the basic eye tests and then the consultation with Dr Manas was done so smoothly, systematically and with care. The hospital has excellent ambience, good staff, very good services for eye problems all under one roof which includes a medical store and a spectacle store. My mother is very happy with the cataract operation and for this she is extremely thankful to Dr Manas Deshmukh who is an excellent and very friendly doctor who explained the whole cataract operation procedures to my mother very nicely and made her ready for the surgery with full confidence. The post surgery care and the discharge procedures were also very good at ASG. We are extremely happy to have such a good eye hospital in Kalyan West. Lots of thanks to ASG Eye Hospital Team.

ASG eye hospital could significantly improve its communication with customer and ensure staff is adequately trained to handle cashless claims efficiently. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with both the cashless claim settlement process and the level of service at ASG Eye hospital. Hospital TPA desk person behavior is very inappropriate, hope they can address these issues to prevent future patients from facing similar frustrations.

Very Bed expense, Eye checkup no. Not correct given (financial loss done due to spect create with that no.) due to this eye starch issue faced. I mentioned issue with doctor, they defend their mistakes and not accepting it. When I checked no. With other it was completely different and i created spects as per new no. I filled confurt on eye. Sorry but not preferable for any eye treatment.

Recently I have underwent LASIK surgery at asg eye hospital, and it was life changing experience, the doctors and staff was incredible professional and made me comfortable throughout the process, the process was painless and quick and doctor explained every step,, which put my mind at ease. Experience at the hospital is very good. Each and every staff is cooperative and skilled in their job. Specially Dr. Rohit sir is a very good opthalmologist.
