Surgery was done by Dr Arvind Pandey in December 2024. I got relief from 2 year old sinusitis issue within a month of surgery. Helpful staff including receptionists and medical personnel. Hygienic wards. Highly recommended. Truly genuine.

I recently had a positive experience at balaji ent and eye hospital From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel comfortable and well-cared for. The nurses were particularly helpful and patient, always explaining procedures clearly and answering my questions thoroughly!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this service. Initially, I was charged 500 rupees for the first visit, which seemed reasonable. However, when I needed to avail of their services again, I was charged only 300 rupees for subsequent visits, which I thought was fair. But after three months, they asked me for the same 500 rupees as if it was my first visit. This feels like a misleading billing practice and a clear attempt to take advantage of customers. It’s completely unfair to change the terms after the service has been provided once, especially without prior notice. This kind of practice is unethical and not transparent. To make matters worse, the nurses were extremely rude during my visit. One of them even snatched my phone out of my hand to leave a review themselves, which I found both disrespectful and unprofessional. Such behavior is completely unacceptable in any service setting. I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with them. The combination of dishonest billing practices and rude staff makes this place unworthy of your time or money. I wish someone can do something to ensure others do not suffer.

Dr Arvind Pandey very co-operative doctor. Once I came here n best guidance for our baby. It's very critical surgery but very smooth from doctor side. Also coperative staff and nurse.

My mother Mrs Malathi Kutty had undergone cataract surgery for both the eyes. It was a wonderful experience as the treatment was new to us unlike the older days. Now everything is without any loss of blood and loss of time and painless. Everyone was very cooperative and helpful guiding us at every stage, everything well organised.
