1) we have ordered 3 new and we will receive 5 , two is in offer booking time salesman Ritik, specially requested that for my wife as I am 65, my wife is 64 , and due to heavy diabetes, it requires to change spects , immediately, now after requested I went today at 8.30 p.m salesman me mahar they said unfortunately only one has received from company of my wife and three of mine i received delivery in small paper bag, after requesting of small 5/10 rs bags,1 boagextra, spects are for two person,total 5 spects is saying that will be charged extra, i returned that bag also seeing poverty of companys attitude towards customer, also experienced insensible behaviour while receiving spects, it was not as behaviour like at time of booking order once sales is complete,there is no relatedness or they are concerned about us..

My father bought spectacles from this store based on his eye prescription, which was provided by the store itself. However, after wearing the spectacles, they didn’t suit him. After 1-2 weeks of use, he started experiencing issues. He visited the store and requested a glass replacement because he was getting headaches from wearing them. The store manager assured us that they would fix the issue and, if the problem persisted, they would replace the spectacles. We agreed to this. However, even after wearing them for 3-4 months, my father continued to face the same issue. When he returned to the store, the manager refused to exchange the product, stating that it was now beyond the exchange policy period. This is extremely disappointing service. Avoid Lenskart at all costs! My experience was an unmitigated disaster, resulting in a staggering loss of ₹6000. The products are cheap, mass-produced garbage, and the staff are aggressive, pushy, and utterly unhelpful. Their 'gold membership' is a blatant scam, designed to fleece you of even more money. Don't be fooled – it's a complete waste of time and money. Local opticians are the way to go. They offer genuine expertise, quality products, and actual customer service. Lenskart, on the other hand, is a soulless, profit-driven monstrosity that will leave you feeling ripped off and frustrated. Save your money, save your sanity – stay far, far away from Lenskart.

Staff not supporting, please give the training and learn them to how to talking with customer and also Behaviour . I am not happy and not expecting about lenskart.
