There facilities and equipment are up to date, their staff are quite professional, they have quite good list of services which everyone need at one centre with good accuracy and reliability. They are on time ensuring no delay and wait time for clients. most important - centre is clean and they have maintained hygiene too…

Very poor service. Staff has no coordination with doctors There are always doctors not present whenever appointment is there. We have to wait too long. Also the procedure is too lengthy & hectic. The wait is too long. We booked an appointment for sonography & it took 6 days for it to happen & even more for reports to come. The staff is too busy to attend.d to your enquiries & the price is also high compared to others like clinico & all. Over all very bad experience. Not recommended.

Rude staff, long queues and staff mismanagement. Staff says 4-5 hrs is normal time that it takes to do the check ups. The entire staff is slow and even when the labs are empty they don't send people in because of the mismanagement and lethargic attitude. They show lack of expertise while collecting blood which lead to swelling in my mom's case and they rudely blame people for their mistakes.

I visited on Friday, still it took 4 hours to complete the test. Quality of consultation is very bad, just 2-3 question and BP check, XRAY, ECG hard copy/soft copy not provided. Ultrasonography guy was very rude he was shouting on customers, it seems he did not like his job, management must replace him. Overall it is not good idea to do this on working day and weekend is hell due to rush. Breakfast is ok, Better give token number to customer and call token numbers to be transparent.

Kalyan centre is good accessible and hygiene , staff is polite and helpful . But person conducting sonography test is rude to patient and in hurry .seems he is not employee and hired on patient basis . Had came across this issue twice . Management needs to look into this

this is my second time visit to ndc center kalyan and this experience is not different than previous experience. Today on 12th march I visited the ndc center and my experience with the ndc center sonography here in kalyan West center is too bad. I had faced kidney stone issue yesterday on my right side of kidney hence I decided to come here so that it will be covered in my sonography test. but it was totally unaccepted for me. My test was done in just a minute, After mentioning the kidney stone issue the doctor found 2 stones in my left side of the kidney however my actual issue was on the right side of the kidney. Also since I had provided a urine sample before my sonography test my urine bladder was not full hence I requested the doctor to perform the test again when I start feeling urinating. In 5 mins of time assistant started chasing me for tests however I had requested them to wait but the doctor was in so much of a hurry so he left from there. Post checking with the receptionist, I was told that the doctor is available only between 10 to 11 am so I have to come again if I want to do a proper checkup. This is ridiculous. I have had the same experience in the past as well which I have already highlighted to my company. Since this is a company sponsor checkup, I believe the doctor here especially the sonography doctor is taking it for granted without going deep in their analysis. This has to be stopped somewhere and hence I'm trying to raise it to bring to your attentions Whoever visited here must have got the same experience I believe. If you compare with normal sonography checkup vs sonography here in ndc center then do let the center know about it so that the person who actually came for his issue will get benefited by not visiting this center
