Finding an eye doctor who is both skilled and genuinely kind was a relief; from the welcoming atmosphere created by his warm and polite demeanor to the time he took to listen and explain everything clearly without rushing, the experience was refreshing. Beyond his excellent bedside manner, the surprisingly reasonable cost for quality care was truly appreciated. The helpfulness extended to the lovely and efficient staff who were friendly and assisted with scheduling and questions, creating a positive environment. I was particularly impressed by the thorough examination, which instilled confidence in the comprehensive assessment of my vision, along with the helpful advice for long-term eye health. Visited Supriya Eye Hospital and had the worst experience. The receptionist was extremely rude, repeatedly saying it would take 2 hours and questioning if we were willing to wait. After insisting, she gave an appointment but left a slot empty, claiming someone else was coming—even though it was supposed to be on a walk-in basis. The behavior felt unprofessional, more like a government hospital.
