Titan Eye+ at Shaniwar Peth, Karad

My experience with the service was very poor. The staff's behaviour was disappointing, and the delivery was not on time, which is not what I expected from Titan.

The prices are very reasonable if you compare with other local shops plus you can get many added benefits like change of your nose pads of your spec for free and also repair of specs. And nevertheless the quality of Titan specs are awesome Special thanks to Tejas

Titan Eye plus is the worst service centre in Sangli as per my experience. As a customer I am unhappy.I have selected frame ,now they are telling that it is not possible to give it after taking whole amount initially. On the basis of name of Tata I went to purchase now I am thinking that it local opticians are much better than this branded one

I would like to share a review about titan specs buyed from karad franchise Titaneye showroom in month of February 23 which got damaged due to frame suggestion by them in a month. It charged me total 12k for lens and frame When damaged I visited back the showroom suddhivinayak enterprises they didn’t have good approach to problem rather rude talk no service at all also specs was covered in insurance by Zopper but they denied saying I can’t work with specs I am kid to damage it Later I visited titan showroom in satara they gave good response and claim the damaged lens to zopper and I got claim settlement 80%amt adjusted with new lens got back new lens Please don’t buy anything watch or specs from karad but do visit satara for good customer care and service
