Poor support on repairing. I think, they are only focusing on new sale. Zero support providing for spec alignment.

This review coz of unsatisfactory service from staff ...I received the message if I go n pickup my order in between 12pm to 4 pm one free gift from lenskart...I visited the shop at 1 pm saying your order is been mark delivered so cannot give you free gift ..dt mns staff only took it....no use of giving add one plus one on frame

I recently visited the Lenskart store in Khopoli, and while I wouldn’t describe the staff as rude, the experience left me a bit disappointed. According to Google, the store’s closing time is listed as 9 PM, but around 8:30 PM, as I was browsing the glasses, the staff turned off the shelf lights, which felt quite abrupt. Additionally, my sister and I hadn’t initially planned to get an eye checkup. One of the staff members suggested we could do so, and my sister agreed. However, just as we were about to proceed, another staff member told us that we needed to select a frame first before the eye checkup could be done. The experience felt disorganized, and clearer communication from the staff would have made our visit much better.

Great ambiance and supportive staff. Priyanka helped us alot in choosing frames and guiding us through the process.
