Rude staff.. was made to sit for half an hour and when asked politely the response was as if they are obligating by accepting my order. There were three people in the store but none was willing to cater.. moreover the least they could do is reply politely. If one customer is checking 100 frames another customer cant wait for 1 hour. Had been a regular customer of their Mahadwar road branch. Due to time went to this shop. Never going again and recommend it to anyone.

Unprofessional and rude people manning the store. Work of specks is horrible and so is of contact lenses. Do not get full by the brands displayed in the store. They are not only technically unsound but also incapable of executing orders . Shocking experience @ Kolhapur. If possible do avoid this store.
