Please frames are for kids, young ones and older ones. Here with lenskart you can get John Jacobs frames also which is also a nice brand. All staff members are very cooperative and helpful nature. If you are consult outside and you want to make frame from lenskart then that is also applicable here. Need to bring prescription of your eye test. And number prescription also required. Purchasing of glasses is totally online procedure. Here you can get all details up to your glasses is in your hand. No paper work is here. Here you can also give your feedback on their website also by scanning. If you have any old frame you can also donate it here. Parking facilities not available because this shop is road touch. We had purchased Gold membership last year when purchasing couple of glasses, and is valid till next year. Today we visited the branch to get additional glasses, and we were told to use the gold membership we need to provide OTP from old mobile number we used when obtaining gold membership. Since I do not have that number anymore, I sinply asked to update my mobile number in my profile with new number, but the technicians told us the profiles are tied to mobile number and can not update mobile number in my profile. No attempt was made to connect with technical team to find possible solution. We were not informed at the time of purchase of gold membership, that tge number has to be retained throughout the Validity of membership. So it looks like the membership was given to a मोबाईल number rather than person. Unreal service, not at all happy to have bought gold membership, not visiting again. We were talked into buying membership, with jolly words, but did not follow it up when it came to use the membership.

The service in the store is not good and when I entered, the way he used to talk was rude and we had 3 people who were injured. The only thing he did was his behavior, which was wrong.

I had beat experience I have got my product in just 3 days . The product came with beat material and lens. The staff are also helpful they helped me test my eyes free and helped me to support for my frame to choose

Service was pathetic, they don't receive call and don't take follow up of customers order .sry improve ur service plz

The eyeglasses collection very nice ... Quality of the glass and frames are very very nice... Excellent varieties of everything and awesome service given by Sachin Gholap sir very knowledgeable manager... One must visit place..
