Very poor service 1. I wanted to get my eye checked to buy new frames , however the person who was checking the eye number was continuously staring me from top to bottom , i felt like he was judging me by my clothes, even tho there no customer getting eyes checked he told me there is a waiting of 30 mins and i agreed , then he checked my eyes on the machine and told that my eye number is -1 and i cannot buy frame without doctors prescription and ask me to bring proscribed. I felt so judged, unwanted, unwelcome. In 2years i have brought 5 spect from Pune location and the staff was so good at pune location, so i got my spects from Rajarampuri lenkart store and staff at Rajarampuri location was so professional

They first invite you by free membership. Then block your money for failed transaction. Then torture you to get your money back till your patience are over. Pathetic service no wallets options for refund. Rude staff. Avoid and you may find better options than Lenskart.
