I visited Pragati Eye Hospital, Rajarampuri today with my mother and had a very disappointing experience. The staff had no idea when the doctor would arrive or leave. There was a complete lack of communication and coordination. Earlier, under Dr. Atul Jogalekar, the hospital was managed very well and things ran smoothly. Now, it seems like there's a serious lack of proper management. In emergency situations, what is a patient supposed to do? There is no clarity or proper guidance by staff A hospital should prioritize patient care, and unfortunately, that was not the case today.

One of the worst eye hospital in Kolhapur. Not recommended for any need ey patient. It Will create more pain. Staff is very rude. Also main dr. Jogalekar do not attend patients all the trainees and ladies staff operate this hospital. Nobody bother for patient.

Good hospital, Experienced and trustworthy doctors. 1 polite advise to the top management of this hospital, Please tech your staff how to behave with the patients and their queries. Especially the lady with surname Kulkarni. I am pretty sure that this leady will make entire hospital to say sorry for the rude behaviour of the staff.

Third class behaviour by the staff specifically by the receptionist whose height is lower. ( just for identification). This is second time we suffer from the staff. I suggest to the doctor that please give some respect to the patient as they are your customers. All the staff is arrogant and behaved rudely to many patients in front of us including us. As we are with our baby and they are like you no need of any customers

Don't prefer this hospital if you are in emergency, we have to take appointment 2 days before. What if there is an emergency situation.

Unprofessional behavior. Went there for lasik enquiry and tests. 1st time I was sent back as test machine was being worked upon by engineers. 2nd time they took payment of 1000rs. first just to find out that machine is still not working and nobody in morning shift is aware. I was assured of call back when machine is ready but didn't get anything. I did follow up for next week but no luck. It is now almost a month now and still no call.

Doctor's consultation is good but staff service is bad especially receptionist on the ground floor was behaving rudely.

Very bad experience No proper communication between all staff, everyones answer and reply are different. Answer like I don't know, he/she knows etc. Staff are unskilled and lack of knowledge, Irregular, ir-responsible staff Acconting department Madam especially are so arrogant and have no manners.
