I called to the hospital they said you have to give an appointment before visit so i gave appointment. I called them to evey hour to know is my number is came Or not so they told me call us, after one hour I called them but they said still your number has Not came.. I called 4 times before going to hospital finally they told me to come at 4.30 doctor is available till 5 pm so I visited the hospital but after reaching there they said that doctor is not available for now come tomorrow.. What is this behavior if u have not capacity for take extra patient's then why u r taking more numbers even staff is Not friendly , talking very casually, taking an appointment, and the doctor just leaves and they(staff) give u a new time,he has no punctuality. Why make us sit for hours when u can't even hold a proper appointment, atleast have some time management. I got very upset , never visiting here again ever. Please think once before visiting here.

Don't trust the dr.shah and their team. i had got bad experience from these hospital . as they said their packages they dnt use the lences.

Doctors are good but service is worst. They don't care if the patient is 90 years old or 1 year old. The staff needs to improve its behaviour a lot. Anyone who is planning to visit, please be ready to bear frustration. Think before coming.

Best service and good doctors

Doctors r good but the staff is not good. They should adjust the timetable of patients.

Staff is pathetic they are always rude and the doctor leaves anytime he feels also he is unavailable at the most required time
