Very horrible experience..no proper appointment process.there is no pereon who have proper knowledge about mediclaim.i struggling since 20 days for get cashless mediclaim operation from them still no progress.i suggest for mediclaim go for aster adhaar, diamond, apple hospital instead here

Worst experience in cashless claim process, no professional staff , approved claim amount not sanctioned also paid extra money to hospital & it settled after 2 months. Unsatisfied with service.

Sent my elderly mother and father there. The no was told to be at 12.30. They reached the clinic at before 12.30.they were made to wait for 3 hrs before there no came. It was informed later that patients from far away are taken early...the same could have been communicated earlier so that my mother and father would not have had to wait without eating or drinking anything for so long...worst treatment

Staff is helpful, the equipment are in good condition and medicine works. Doctor is also very knowledgeable.
