The experience was nice but we were suppose to get free solution along with lens it should not be specific time between 12 and 4 it should be according to customer time whenever he prefers to collect the order

Worst customer service lacking communication .....My wife had purchased 3 glasses which was worth 3000 on 20th March in queens park shop Bhayandar and just within 10 days my son while playing at my home had broken the frame so I had personally visited the shop to check whether it is in warranty of no but when I ask the manager and sales person about the solution instead of solving the problem they are blaming me that at the time of purchase you should have purchase the insurance also my point to shops manager was at the time of purchase my wife came and order 3 glasses she had spend around 3000 with membership do you think she would have refused if the sales person had approach her for additional insurance which was around 300 something and the funny thing was that the sales person was telling if you want to replace it with new frame you have to pay just 1500 for the whole frame and the whole sunglass retail for 2000 and I had paid only 800 in offer and she want me to pay 1500 again which was totally wrong and somewhat I feel you guys are setting bad example like this I m totally upset with service and the miss communication between a customer instead of solving problem I had to face so many problems.i will be never ever visit and shop with lena kart .
