I am from Mira Road. I noticed, Kakubhai Opticians Customer service is second to none. The product quality is outstanding . I must appreciate and motivate such team to get their best. For more than a decade, simply, I visit Kakubhai Opticians outlet for all my specs requirements.

Ever since I came to Mira Road in 2018 I purchase my spectacles from Kakubhai. The reason being one the staff is very cooperative and skilled, and also it is very close to my residence. Recently I was diagnosed with diplopia and was prescribed prism glasses. I got them made here and they were perfect. So I recommend this shop for all your spectacles needs.

Prices of specs are very unpredictable in market. I was looking for a good specs store who offers reasonable and transparent pricing. One of my friend suggested Kakubhai optician. Though i was little reluctant but decided to try this place in Mira Road. As suggested by my friend I found Kakubhai opticians quite cool place, they have huge range of products. Prices were very reasonable. Finally i got my eye tested and bought a beautiful chasma. Only thing i did not like was they dont have branch at Borivali. I had to travell all the way from borivali to Mira Road.

My family has been their customers since last 5 years. Equipped with modern technology and absolutely customer friendly staff with a lot of empathy and care. Their usp is to make your eyes comfortable and they go extra miles to achieve the same. Best and safe eye care

My parents and I have been Kakubhai’s customers for over 20 years starting with their Kandivali shop and post that the Mira Road shop. We have never had any issues with their products, be it spectacles or contact lenses. They have all high end good quality products which last for years. Their staff is very friendly and helpful and their after sales service is also excellent.

One of the worst experience we ever had. We ordered 2 specs and after bargaining it was fixed at Rs. 11500 in front 4 people me, my parents and our neighbour, we were even ready to pay in advance and even asked for a receipt on the day we had ordered, he treated us in a very friendly way as he already know our neighbour, so we trusted his words, which was our BIG BIG mistake . The day we went to get our order of two specs he charged us 13000. The owner/salesman whoever it is, one of the worst person we had met. They are a big fraud . So beware if you ever visit this Mira road store ,make sure you get a receipt or a proof that your order is placed in so and so amount. One person might have heard wrong but what about the other 3 people. Even they had heard wrong? So is it done intentionally or it was a miscommunication.

I visited this store few month back to get my eyes check, as i had some burning sensation in my eyes. So there the optometrist checked my eyes and mr. Rajeev suggested some good specs for me. They helped me get though that phase. Even recently i went to get the specs repaired as it became loose and they did it for free. They always have a Very good and Friendly atmosphere there. Keep up the good work guys.
