It was really great connecting with Dr. Manju. She is really experienced & amazing professional. She helps you understand the problem and she knows how to treat you without taking much efforts. Very very very bad experience in my 1st call itself.. Had called up for appointment.. but who ever picked up call.. was interogating like a CID... After taking my all information.. Told me told is out of town for 15 days .. Very very bad customer service .. If you want I can forward u the call recording.. the first line i started was ... Hello is this millennium eye checkup clinic????... For that a very very rude lady started .. to ask who are you .. where are u calling from .. what is it...tell me what is it ??? As per my knowledge the telephonic conversation started with my question asked and answered by u guys... yes ma'am it is... How may I help you.. Hope u got the telephoneic ethics properly today .. Please keep your reputation and teach ur staffs to be little polite and understanding with patients... Highly disappointed...... And not even a apology..

The doctor Manju is extremely knowledgeable and skillfull. in her work .she is well experienced and can be relied upon.
