I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at Laxmi Eye Clinic Dombivli East, during my mother's eye check-up and I wanted to bring to your attention an issue we encountered. During our visit, Sarita Madam, who was responsible for checking the prescription. Unfortunately, her behavior was not only unprofessional but also quite disrespectful. She spoke to my mother in a rude and dismissive manner, lacking the courtesy, empathy and kindness that patients expect from healthcare professionals. This type of interaction can greatly affect a patient's experience and well-being. I hope this feedback can be addressed to improve future interactions. On a positive note, I would like to commend the receptionist for her politeness and professionalism. She greeted us warmly and was helpful throughout the check-in process, which was appreciated.

Staff is very rude.. doctor is very experienced and explains things very well..

To start with address is incorrect..its opposite of sonar plaza in prasad banquet plaza…furthermore no one picked up the call trued 4 times after that received the call from customer care they shared the correct number and additionally the receptionist who picked up the call was rude. Super slow despite having 3 doctors.

The services here is exceptional! Staff do check their patients after operation by checking/enquiring them. Dr Haldipurkar is the best eye surgeon. He is very humble. The best service and very co-ordination among staff, great system and politeness while dealing with patients. Excellent hospitality. Highly recommending for every eye problems.

This is easily the best eye treatment hospital across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane districts. Dr. Haldipurkar’s reputation built over decades remains as solid as ever driven by the most polite, courteous and qualified staff, state of the art machines and equipments and effective and result oriented treatment for all eye problems. Dr. Tanvi’s is very patient and understands the issues in detail. Totally satisfied with Laxmi Eye Hospital. They also ensure you are fine through follow up calls. Dr. Haldipurkar is very experienced and expert doctor.I am consulting him since last 25 years.His staff is very helpful. Need toilets and washbasin inside the clinic as waiting period is @2-3 hrs.

An expert who diagnosed my issue so well, that my Canadian doctors failed to understand my issue. His consultation fees are 1000Rs. As the second option I went to another doc as well. Another doc took 500rs consultation+ 2 eye test costing 5000rs. But whatever Sir Haldipurkar mentioned without tests, that was the same. This shows the experience & expertise of the Doctor. Another doc threatened me for post operative affects. But Haldipurkar sir made me comfortable by explaining all the positive details after post operative. Haldipurkar sir is very busy & flooded with patients all the time, but he is an expert in his field, which I appreciate for handling my case. Thank you Haldipurkar Sir.
