Disgusting service,staff behavior is very unprofessional, knowledge less staff misleading customer...staff blaming on technology...received wrong cashback ....need to improvisation

The staff at the Dombivli (West) store was nice n cordial. They guided me through the products n gave suggestions. They were well behaved and handled the crowd properly. Raj, the executive who took my order gave me the best possible options and deal that suited my requirements. Overall, I was happy after placing my 1st order at the store n was very delighted with the service received from the staff. Looking forward to ship more..

It was a good experience overall but they did not reduced the price nor gave us a goodies or freebies even though we bought a defective product... because there was only one frame available

The waiting time is more campared to other stores. Went to get eyes tested with 2 numbers ahead it took one hour to get my eye tested. Besides there is no seating arrangement. Waiting for an hour standing was extremely tiring at least they should have seating arrangement.
