Lenskart.com at Dombivli East

I recently purchased a Sunglass from Lenskart (Dombivli-East) and I am very happy with their work and experience. The staff (Akshata) were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They patiently answered all my questions and went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed. The shop ambiance of the store is also very inviting and comfortable. I will definitely be returning to Lenskart (Dombivali-East) and would highly recommend them to others.

This was my first time in life that I had just eye check up and purchase a glass for myself. I was assisted by a skilled executive Vinod, he helped me with the selection of the glasses and various offers and insurance. Overall the first experience felt home like as the staff was too helpful and informative. Even the Eye check person was very co operative and friendly.

The Store did not even give a carry bag until asked.Literally gave the specs in our hands. The store experience was not good. They were not even ready to give us a paper bag to carry our products. We as customers are buying spectacles costing around 4-5k and even sometimes upto 10k. But, even after spending so much, the store doesn't give a proper bag to carry our products. Lenskart is really giving petty reasons to not provide a complimentary lens spray even after buying so much. The customer experience has to be improved.

Sharing My Experience With my Words For the Service of Lenskart was worth to choose For Pocket Friendly Products and With Good Choice and the Sales Person Umesh was Very Helpful for me to choose the Accurate Glass which I was actually Expecting to buy. Thank you Umesh And Team Lenskart.

Worst coustomer service there is only one person who is not interested to show you anything ye nai hai sir wo nai hai sir event I have selected some frame and search by my self online too for size he told me directly nai hai sir weasted my time here don't visit this store at least go for others...

I have very bad experience from this store. Initial communication from the staff was not so clear. I have specifically asked before putting an order to give bifurcation in the invoice so I can claim against vision insurance. Also, staff is not supportive in terms of providing positive support to the customer.

I recently visited lenskart showroom the staff is really kind and helpful. Services are quite quick. Highly recommended!
