Awesome experience at Lenskart store, Phadke Road, Dombivli East (near Chitale Express, MNS Karyalaya, and BJP Karyalaya). The store is air conditioned. The staff is polite, cooperative, and knowledgeable. You can get eyes tested for power, custom frames, frame reparing, zero power computer glasses (Lenskart BLU), Batman frames, Kids glasses, John Jacobs frames, Polaroid sunglasses, and much more. You can comfortably try out and then buy. Great sale, offers, and servicing. Often comes with 6 months warranty. Your one stop solution for sunglasses and glasses. I highly recommend it. I got Lenskart BLU from here. Love it.

Overall Experience was good but Executive doesn't inform me about free gift before punching the order, that I have to come between 12 To 4 to enable for free gift. After pushing the order he informed me that you have to come between 12noon to 4pm to get the free gift.

The service, eye test everything was good, quick and hassle free. It's the billing process which I find suspicious. Whether you buy online or in store you always get free lens cleanser but for some reason the person removed it from my order before placing. I understand it's just a free thing but if you're going to remove it from the order doesn't make sense to put up messages showing you'll be getting free cleanser.

Store staff are well supportive, but the lenskart offered the free gift for them who can collect the gift from 12pm to 4pm on workingdays only it feels me like why offering gift where is no customer gets benefitted. So 5 stars for store 2 for lenskart gift policy.

One star is also not worth it against your Phadke Road Dombivli East branch services. On 15th or 16th Feb not sure the exact date, we booked lenses with the same existing frame which we are using earlier. Post booking she said you will get your specs on 28th Feb or before the date and she also informed me that you will get sms once your specs received at store. However today I have received call stating that about the survey for specs, and when I told her that still I have not received specs, then she suddenly said that your specs is already store you have not collected, she is saying if you will opt frame plus lenses then only you will get the message and you booked only lenses because that you have not received and how come I will come to know whether my specs is lying at your store or not, you should call us na instead of asking questions to customers. Even local optician also deliver specs very next day and you guys are taking 7 to 10 days to deliver the same. Lenskart known for Best service, I think due to increased in customer demand you guys are not bother. Specs cover quality also changed which was not best. @Piyush Bansal, owner of Lenskart please please maintain your service as well as monitor on the down side. Otherwise you will loose your customer base literally.

Disappointing staff service, no sense of urgency and the level of arrogance is beyond comprehension. It takes beyond 30-40 mins just to pickup a delivery and this is just the waiting time i am mentioning to get a response from the staff. I dont understand what their hiring process is but by the looks of it, it must be by a dice role or cheat system.

Employees here are really helpful. The one attended me was Yash he was very professional and helped me decide the good frames and quality product.
