Titan Eye+ at Mira Bhayendar Road, Mumbai

I am writing to share my disappointing experience during my first visit to your showroom today. Given Titan's strong brand reputation, I expected a welcoming and professional environment. Unfortunately, the experience was quite the opposite. When I visited this evening, I noticed that four staff members were attending to a single customer at the cash counter, while others seemed occupied with different tasks. Despite my presence in the showroom, no one approached me or even acknowledged me to ask if I needed assistance. As a first-time visitor, this lack of basic customer service was disheartening. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customer.

Some staff are not helpful… had a word with Piyush for updating order to an expensive ziess… he was not being helpful… Was hoping Titan Eye to carry ethos of Tata Group… doesn’t seem like thats happening… maybe because its a franchise run by M/S serendipity.

Titan eye plus has a very friendly environment thanks to the amazing optometrist 'salomi' who guided me right from the start till the end . With the help of her valuable insights I was able to find a good frame within a reasonable price. Great work guys. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family
