Recently I got my mom operated for both eyes cataract surgery. OPD consultation with Dr Prajakta ma'am and surgery by Dr Nitin sir. Workload at this institute is tremendous, still the staff has a smiling face all day. No signs of tiredness, irritation or fatigue. Our counselor Uma ma'am was great and helpful. नावाप्रमाणे Muskaan ma'am also smiles all day! Thanks to the relationship executive Raja for guidance. Overall a great experience. This is possible only with divine intervention! Would suggest to put a carpet, because due to the AC, the flooring is cold thereby causing discomfort to the feet and legs. Chairs in the OPD wating area are not so comfortable as, the backrest bends backwards when seated.
