Excellent doctor. Helpful and caring. After seeing the reviews on Google I was hesitating to visit but after visiting and having my mother's eye operation over there I can assure you that don't believe in reviews you can visit there and have good treatment for yourself. May be the staff behaviour you won't like but gitanjali mam is quite a nice person. As per I would recommend you to surely visit for your needs. Don't always believe in reviews sometimes due to overcroud some misunderstanding may happen but it doesn't mean that doctor is rude or unhelpful. I am writing this review after personally visiting the clinic.

Not recommended. The doctor was very rude. Firstly we called at reception and there was no response so had to call doctor, it was their fault that the receptionist number wasn’t available and there was no other POC but doctor being rude blamed us for calling her directly. Secondly the doctor wasn’t able to detect the proper lens power even after multiple attempts and got pissed on us. It was her job to check properly but seemed incapable. Doctor needs to keep a check on her arrogance and how to deal with patients.

Gitanjali m'am is an excellent doctor! Very kind, helpful & knowledgeable. We have done a few cataract operations through her and all went very well. She has become our family opthalmologist :)

Very Arrogant Doctor. Treated very badly to my Wife and my maid. Today My wife took my maid for the consultation. My maid is deaf and dumb and not literate. The checked with the receptionist and consultation was taken but Dr started behaving very rudely with them. She even passed racist comment on my maid. This is very rude behaviour and such behaviour cannot be tolerated. I recommend such Drs to be boycotted who being a lady herself behaves rudely with unprivileged lady

Very very humble and polite doctor, Me and my wife are visiting regularly since last 10 to 12 years for general checking or any other eye problems and we got good advice and treatment.

Prefect guidance at fair fees. Got my father operated for cataract and it's been successfully operated by Dr. Gitanjali. Staff is also courteous.

Worst experience 1st we did call at reception they told till 2 :00 pm eye care center is open and I reached there by 1.40pm they said to come by evening as Dr will be available in Evening......I requested that we want to go out station so check as we called and came.......they asked Dr and said that come by evening......even though there were no patients or Dr was not doing any thing.........worst experience not at all manners to the staff and also not having care of the patients.....
