Titan Eye+ at Virar, Mumbai

Service is disappointing,as firstly while selecting a frame they said that,we can choose frame of our choice and they will make fitting n grip properly.as we have done with selecting n complete payments.after recieving the product it was loose,when I went n show them the same,that they have to make fitting according as they have promised,they said it can't be done with these matt finished frames n all,and we have to choose another frame,in which the alredy made glasses can fit. After choosing the another frame which is of low cost than the previous one.when we asked for refund of remaining extra money,they said they can't refund it,they will kept it for 6 months and if any servicing for specks needed,they will do it!!! If they have guided properly,n give good products,then why would customer requires servicing of specks within 6 months ????when we asked the same,they said it is in their policy !! These is not acceptable from such brand's,they should have discloses all their policies before and on 1st visit of Customer. Experience was bad and disappointing!!

It wasn't first time but second time i was visited at Titan eye care. It's a best experience for me and my wife . The staff is very much cooperative and they are being very much prompt to their work. The staff including Gauri Snehal and Deepak is very much prompt to their work and services..i was very much satisfied with the service and quality of the product..i think TATA eay care is always best rather than lence cart Shop. My previous specs i was taken from him but the way TATA eye care service i get was excellent..... After all TATA is TATA NO doubt....

Very bad service,Given number of glass was changed and they cannot are lying. Please give money back or another glass

The *Titan Eye Plus,Virar Team* has arranged *Free Eye Testing Camp* at our Complex, *Pavitradham Phase 2/3,* Naigaon (East),Palghar . The benefit got our all residential members. *Very Thankful* to *TATA* , *Titan Eye Plus* for that, basically in daily routine not getting time for eye checkup and you have arranged the same for us . The eye testing person *Mr.Nitesh* was kind, patient and very knowledgeable even the *Mr.Chaitanya* who were asstist to all, after done the eye test suggest glasses. And office boy *Dipak he is very nice person and respective sincere I am Bhushan of secretary PAVITRA DHAM complex. We arrange camp .success and like camp our residence.
