Experienced and Courteous staff and equally Pleasant Consultant Couples. Patients do have an Smiling face post treatment and consulting A bit busy, so wait is evident, but it's definitely worth it.

Since I got a specs from childhood and this shop was the best so far.....I take all my specs, sunglasses and contact lenses from this shop only.....it's way reasonable and good quality and even cheaper also....you grab your specs or contact lenses now!

Great experience at ACE. Went for consultation for bleeding on my eye. The doctors were so helpful and knowledgeable. They could immediately find out the cause and reassured me for it. Two weeks down I am completely fine. Their judgement was perfect and I am extremely happy with the treatment given to me! Kudos to the team!

Part 2 continues 👇 5 . *DENIAL OF TREATMENT BY THE DR* After regular followups till January 2024 (we travelled almost 100 kms a day for every appointment) but the vision was not getting clear ,so we questioned the Dr regarding the vision. But the Dr was again focus on more Payment & he Denied treatment.( which we have video recorded proofs) He said he will charge for the Retina Scans tests every time & also denied the reports again. 6. *Continuation of Blood Clots on Retina & Poor Vision again, Trauma lead to serious Heart problem* After the Denial of treatment by the Dr in midway, even after charging Rs 98,000/- nearly 1 Lakh. we are still facing the problem of Blur Poor & No Vision & there are blood clots & swelling in the left eye. This harrasment instead of treatment lead to physical & mental trauma, the stress & tension of the diminishing vision of eye (even after facing so much problems) has lead to serious heart problem to my 78 years old Mother. This trauma & side effects of steroids has lead to swelling in her heart due to which there is severe breathlessness dyspnea. and now we even cannot travel for the treatment easily. but we have approached the leading Eye Care Dr & his Clinic for further treatment. Due to the Dr Akshat's Negligence we are going through worst nightmare since December 2023 , sleepless nights & days , High Sugar & BP due to steroids , stress , tension trauma poor blurr vision and blood clots swelling in the eye, and now the trauma of heart problem due to stress due to eye issue, breathlessness dyspnea again sleepless nights & days, Life threatening Situation. main apni 78 saal ki Mother ko pal pal tadapte huye dekh raha hoon... Dr Akshat has assumed that we are illiterate fools who shall keep quiet & bear this quietly, he is responsible for our current situation. GOD & my Family will never forgive him for his such negligence, arrogance & irresponsibile act of inhumanity.
