Not at all services isgood It takes very long for each n every step U have to wait like for 45 mins for every small procedure

Worst management in handling time and patient even if you booked an appointment they are going to keep you in waiting for 1-2 hours Very unprofessional No one takes responsibility and blames each other. Doctors are not coming on time. Unable to give 0 or negative rating

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Crystal Eye Centre. Despite booking for three, the receptionist only allowed two of us in and was extremely rude. We faced significant delays, waiting an hour before being seen and then experiencing further wait times. Dr. Anis was distracted during our consultation, leaving for 15 minutes to attend to another patient. The counsellor also stepped away during our session, and when I expressed frustration, a management team member responded in an unprofessional manner. The poor service, long delays, and unprofessional staff have left a negative impression, and I would not recommend Crystal Eye Centre.

After reading all the negative comments, I have realized that doctor is good with only Gujrati patients My father is undergoing cataract surgery and He cancelled his first appointment for the surgery.. Like seriously who play with the patients timing that too old age patients

Uneducated and unprofessional staffs who lack basic service etiquette’s. They behave as if they are doing favour to you, does not has basic courtesy and manners.

Proper hygiene is not maintained here. Machines and equipments are not sanitised after patient use. This can lead to infection to multiple people. I took my mother for regular eye check up and after coming from here she got an eye infection.

Very disappointed with their service. It’s a very big team of doctors who appear to be professional. But when I met the counsellor I was extremely shocked She first told me that charges for lasik 35-45 k. But within a minute when they got to know I have travelled from abroad even though I am an Indian passport holder my charges would increase. ( international charges) Highly commercial doctor.
