Absolutely great experience! Owner is really understanding and the customer service is superb! I had my spectale's frame detached, the owner without any questions fixed it up using his own supplies and tightened the other loose end of the specs, even cleant the whole specs thoroughly! And Didn't ask for any payment for it! Honestly my first time experiencing such top notch customer service to a stranger(me) when we don't even know each other. Owner is a suberb guy with great moral values & I honestly look up to him. 11/10.
