I recently visited Divyadrashti eye clinic and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the receptionist's rude and unwelcoming behavior. The receptionist was not only unfriendly but also seemed irritable throughout our entire interaction, which made me feel uncomfortable. She showed very little effort to make me feel comfortable or valued as a customer. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of basic courtesy, especially in a customer-facing role. That being said, the experience with the doctors was quite positive.
