Pathetic service at Doctor Eye Clinic, Andheri West. Absolutely no care for the patients — after doing the dilation, they made me wait for a long time without any updates or assistance. Post-dilation care was completely ignored, and the staff seemed indifferent to the discomfort patients were facing. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for genuine eye care. Only 1 star for Doctor Shruti who explained and examined very well. Thanks

Dr. Komal Sah has been checking my eyes since last 2 months. Her nature is very pleasing. And she has great knowledge. I am very satisfied with her work. I have been visiting Doctor eye institute for last 20 yrs. It is a very good place.

I visited Dr Eye Institute, Spenta Mansion yesterday for treatment. The clinic is sparkling clean, the staff warm , cordial and very professional! The Dr explained the line of treatment in simple words. The whole experience left me satisfied and without any doubts.
