I recently visited the clinic to get my lenses made, and overall, it was a great experience. The staff was warm, polite, and welcoming, making the process smooth and comfortable. A special mention to Nazneen, who assisted me throughout. To my surprise, the lenses were delivered even before the promised time, which was a big plus! The only drawback was the waiting time—I'd recommend setting aside at least two hours if you're planning a visit. That said, the doctor was courteous and professional, adding to the clinic’s positive atmosphere.

Worst Doctor, Worst Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I visited Dr. Sachin Vinod Shah at Vin-R Vikhroli after 2 years, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a doctor. His approach was unprofessional and completely inhuman. Not only was he dismissive, but he also passed sarcastic comments and spoke in a tone that was downright rude. The entire visit was a complete waste of time and energy. I will *never* return here again, and I strongly recommend others to avoid this doctor. There are plenty of competent, professional doctors who treat patients with the care and respect they deserve. Dr. Sachin Vinod Shah is certainly not one of them. Disgusted beyond belief. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I have been associated with this place for more than 15 years. My mom was a regular patient of Dr.Sachin. Now I consulted Dr.Shrivani Ajja and she is also excellent. The staff of this place is also very cordial and helpful. Overall I will give the maximum rating is possible.

Doctor Sachin Shah is knowledgeable and friendly in nature. The entire staff is good, particularly Sarika, who is incredibly helpful and soft-spoken. She attends to every person with care and calmness.
