I feel it's not worth visiting the clinic as the staff and doctor don't give importance to patients. I had visited the clinic with my 8 years old son on 19th April for eye injury and got examine for the same later next day tried connecting to Dr but no reply and no answer on WhatsApp also. Later on 21st received call but doctor didn't speak and Mr Prabhu said will call you back in sometime. Finally when the call didn't come and my child was not comfortable so we visited the clinic and after an hour wait he was not attended by the doctor and staff told to wait. So finally left from there and visited another eye specialist in east Dr Manthan. I would recommend everyone to visit there for any eye issue. The staff and doctor himself is cooperative. He explained us very nicely and made my child so comfortable that he is enjoying his routine activities. Thank you Dr Manthan for your guidance

I wish google had an option for rating a zero, extremely unprofessional and unempathietic doctor who doesn't even have the basic etiquette of looking at a patient while consulting. You verbally share packages for surgery with verbal description of the operation. How are you even expect to treat people if you don't want to talk or explain the procedure? Extremely poor care. You may have a great reputation but concern for patients matter too..

I took my dad for an eye check up. Doctor asked to do a cataract surgery on priority basis. Somehow we became skeptical hence went for a second opinion. The other doctor after examination said that my father has no cataract and requires no procedure. Now a days this is become a money making racket by few doctor's. Pathetic experience, never visiting again...

Terrible experience She gave us an appointment for 9:30 and then when we reached at 9:30 she said the doc will arrive at 10? After arriving at 10 he will take the operation patients first Despite of the fact that I was given token no 1 and I arrived at 9:30 Its funny how they don’t value the time of their patients Being a first time patient all these things should have been informed in advance while booking an appointment Never going back where they can’t simply value customers Wouldn’t recommend to anyone You can visit if you want to get your time wasted

Very rude doctor while doing my cataract surgery he pressed my eyes so badly, for cleaning my eyes before surgery that i would have lost my eyes. thank God I didn't loose my sight only God saved my eyes otherwise I would have gone blind he told me that price of lens is 18000/ and Bill he gave me of 6000/

I have been visiting Dr. Ruvit Nikam's eye clinic for over 15+ years now. Dr. Nikam is a brilliant opthalmologist; his diagnosis is pitch perfect. I have relied on him with my eyes for years and can vouch for him with anything related to eye care. I have also undergone LASIK surgery by Dr. Nikam got rid of my specs that I was using for ~30 years. Appointments are difficult to get, but that speaks for his work and expertise. They (including the staff) look after emergencies though, even when appointments are booked for days or weeks.

My appointment is at 9 pm. I wasn't informed 9 pm means 9:30 pm or even later the wait is very long. The meaning of an appointment means on time or 10 mins +- The lady at the reception was very rude and spoke in a very rude voice to me. She has no manners at all. I heard very highly about this doctor hence came all the way from Andheri to Dahisar for this visit. But very disappointed by the rude receptionist.

An Excellent Ophthamologist. Well setup centre, 5 Mins walk from Dahisar west railway station. Had carried out my Mothers Cataract Lasic Surgery about 10 years ago. Would recommend for any issues pertaining to Eye Care.
