I booked appointment for free eye check up as per their advertisement in Maharashtra Times dated 7th March 2025 for my sister at Bhandup center. The eye check up and afterwards consultation was held properly. However they charged Rs.800 for eye check up. On enquiry it was told that the consultation was free which was Rs.500 and not the eye check up. So those who are going for free check up according to their advertisement be prepared to pay the charges for check up. It is not totally free. Only consultation is free. I am giving stars for checking staff and Dr. Nidhi Shetty.

Good experience Dr. Sachin sir is treating is polite and great person. Also thank you to Mr. Rakesh his also very polite and start to end guide. Surgery done smoothly thanks to all staff.

Dr Nidhi mam is very well experienced. Perfect diagnosis. explaining each and every minor thing politely. Highly recommended

Unnecessary kept waiting. We had taken appointment of 10.30. due to traffic we could reached at around 10.50 am. Staff kept us wating upto 12.45 pm. After 6/7 patients.

Wish I can give zero stars. They gave us an appointment for 4:45pm. We reached there at 4:40. Waited for good 10-15 minutes and then asked when will the doctor see us. Ladies at front desk said doctor is in OT and they have no idea when she'll be done. I asked them what's the point of taking an appointment then to which they had no answer. We decided to leave but they were nonchalant and offered no apology or any other alternative, worst experience!!!

Met Dr. Nidhi for my 6 year old son and she was very clear in explaining why each step was done. Very professional! Reception service was very good too.

Binocs staff pressurizing to give star rating on 1st day. Young and novice half trained specialist who lack professionalism and subject knowledge. Staff or center replacement request is denied. They disapproved my complaints so they used reverse treatment to my vision worse, in the name of expertise and latest technology. I received convergent exercises throughout but suddenly changed it to divergent and disfunctional games for the last 2 days. Today i curse them each day as i suffer the consequences but im tired of going back and complaining for the nth time to claim my right. Ill have to pay a different clinic to recover from this damage.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the clinic was clean and well-organized.I had a very positive experience with Dr. sachin kolhe. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain my eye condition in detail
