Dr Sampath Shetty, Amey Eye Care & Poly Clinic

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Sampath Shetty! 👎👎 During a visit, we asked a follow-up question to better understand our condition, and his response was shockingly rude and dismissive. Instead of providing a clear explanation, he spoke in a condescending manner, making us feel like I was inconveniencing him. As a patient, I expect a doctor to be professional, respectful, and willing to address concerns—especially when we are paying for their services. It’s not a favor; it’s their job. His behavior was unacceptable, and no one should have to deal with that kind of attitude when seeking medical care. I would not recommend him to anyone who values basic respect and professionalism.

In month of June 2023, my husband had viral conjunctivitis of both eyes. He was already taking treatment under Dr. SAMPATH SHETTY SIR. suddenly after 2 days he felt unusual vision changes at 11 pm in night. We visited his hospital at night as we were v afraid. After call from receptionist doc actually came at 12 pm in night n opened his clinic. N checked my husband. My mother's both cataract done by doc Overall great experience.

Horrible and very rude receptionist; she doesn't have any empathy towards patients or seriousness about patients talking so rudely, and she refused serious patients too without asking the doctor. I'm not saying she has to care about patients, but if someone serious requests that she at least ask Dr. about this without asking, she starts arguing. "In front of DAV College Clinic receptionist"

Horrible experience. Doctor has no basic manners to speak not even with kids. Not even sence to how treat kids...very pathetic experience.never seen a Such stupid doctor. No professional skill he have.

We found very much good experience, Dr.Shetty is very nice with patients.
