Dr. Vaidya

I had a very bad experience. The doctor doesn’t do anything by himself and lets his novice staff do most of the procedures. Not that he was busy, he was on his phone. I have been wearing prism glasses but neither the doctor or the staff has any clue about prism glasses and couldn’t suggest if I should continue them or not. Also, got touched inappropriately by one of their staff. It’s a shady enterprise with glitters to cover all the inadequacy. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Getting my eyes checked again in another place.

The visit was indeed a wonderful one. Dr Vaidya and his team are very warm, empathetic and patient towards their patients. My entire history, problems were taken down in detail so that they could assist me better. Post understanding my case, Dr Vaidya spent an entire hour examining my eye, asking several questions to make me comfortable. I must say that I am very impressed with his technique and knowledge. Most importantly he informs you of your health issue without scaring you unnecessarily. Once the check up was done, I was advised to take some medicines and general care. This was also explained in detail and in a simple way that I can follow it daily without any confusion or problem. I would like to thank Dr Vaidya and his entire team to make my otherwise stressful dr visit a very comfortable one.
