I am writing to express my profound disappointment and concern regarding the services provided at your clinic. My mother, who visited your clinic daily for three months for eye check-ups under the care of Dr. Anjali Israni, has had an extremely distressing experience. During this period, Dr. Israni failed to provide clear explanations about my mother's eye condition. Moreover, the prescribed eye drops not only proved ineffective but also had unintended side effects, altering my mother's voice. This is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, I must highlight the exorbitant charges levied for such substandard care. We expected competent medical expertise and compassionate care, which unfortunately were sorely lacking.
