Store closing time is 10pm, they closed the gates before 9:15pm, I went there for new eyewear the lady staff was so lazy she asked me to come again next mrng if i want to test eyes, she clearly said if i don't wish to test and ok to make glasses with the current powers which I'm using she can accept the order.. if you can't handle the customers why the hell you promote your product at the first place, secondly if the staff is acting like govt babus who want to pack bags 30-45 min early then atleast have some common sense to update the store timings across website and online so the customer don't have to listen to your staff excuses

Excellent service. Priyanshu assisted in fixing my glasses to make it snug fit. It has gotten loose and initial feedback was to leave the glasses for 5 days so it could be sent to the technician. As I had to leave Mumbai I had no choice to leave it. Priyanshu gave it a try and fixed the loose glasses.
