Very bad service staffs are busy discusing their own matter nobody is cared about my time. A person should have a bit of understanding.

I never really write reviews but here goes. I purchased John Jacobs (the most premium line) specs for my mom around a month ago. The specs is already loosing its colour, the quality seems to be worse than a small local optician. While the shopping experience was great, I think the customer deserve a quality product too was the hefty price demanded.

Pathetic service, staff are annoying even speaking in gentle way they starts to get impulsive and provoke to argue, bad treatment with elderly people. I really controlled not to argue over there, i hope the change the staff with much more kind and polite staff.

Visted the store at 9:15pm after seeing the closing time of 9:30pm but they told us to visit next day. Stating the store has closed while they were open with half shutter. We came to the store from far away and our visit to the store went vain. They store employee was least interested to have a proper word with us.

I am disappointed with service by lenskart borivali Branch. Today I collect the my order from borivali Branch. I requested to give lenskart bag to carry My 2 orders which cost is 6K but they refused to give. They asked the bag charges. I am not understand why additional charges for lenskart bags. It is nothing but lenskart advertisement. After long discussion they just given small carry bag. You're spending lot of money on advertisement but your not give Free bag to carry order. I hope lenskart Will definitely think about issue raised by me
