They pester you for good reviews but give poor quality of specs. Needed repairs in less than 2 months. Even worse shoddy repair work and now claiming that issue is resolved. Buyer beware

I highly disappointed with the Cus service experience at boriwali @lenskart store . They didn’t take care of cus. I don’t have pair so I suffered. Daily I visit to store and as usual same answer specs is not repair yet. I request u plz focus on your service .

Its a very nice showroom with great help from Mr. Ilyas as he is very helpful and cooperative person who guid you well.

Great prompt service by the staff. Was able to place an order and get my glasses within 3 days. The staff was patient throughout the process and helped in picking the right spectacles according to my eye comfort. Ilyas especially was very helpful in answering all the questions. Very impressed overall. Highly recommended to everyone!

Unprofessional staff.we reached store around 8:50 and they closed shutter by 9 pm and they were not interested to show anything. One girl and two male staff was there but they are not interested in business.. they are just interested to close and leave from shop.. we finalize product but due to their response we left without buying and took from nextdoor shop.

I was assisted by Aaditya, his service was really very good he helped me find the best frame for me and also helped me in getting affordable rates so I'm very happy with the service.
