Lenskart.com Flagship Store at Chikuwadi, Borivali West

I had a fantastic experience at Lenskart. Lakshmi was incredibly helpful and patient while assisting me in selecting the perfect pair of glasses. She took the time to understand my preferences and guided me through various options, offering honest feedback and expert advice. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I’m extremely happy with my new glasses and highly recommend this shop for their excellent service. Staff is not courteous. Firstly when asked about a product, they were standoffish and rude. Just pointed us the wall of frames. Then when asked about difference between one online product and offline I was told " obviously price difference rahega na, it's not same product" (as if i don't know that). When asked about other technical details, they were reading out of the boards placed on shop. At 9:45-10 the shop railing was shut half way down, even though online time says 10:30. They even shut off one light while I was checking out frames. Very half hearted service, not interested in clients. The guy who finally did billing was decent. Rest were disappointing.

The experience was great! Sachin helped us for selecting the frames and Sunita done a great job when it comes to eye test.

Only interested in selling and upselling even if you have already done the purchase & visited the store because the frame broke or became loose. Staff is bothered only about their incentives & not willing to attend minor services. That's because the company so called start-up founder is only interested in sales and business. They know nothing about customer service. Painful to visit such target oriented stores . Might as well visit the local opticians.

Been to kandivali store. Vijaylaxmi attended to our needs very well, was polite and showed us multiple options and also assisted us in the exchange return of the product. Overall satisfaction and happy with the services provided. Been there a second time, was assisted by Gaurav, very helpful guy, goes out and out of the way to help and also assist in the selection Good people with excellent customer satisfaction in this store

Store manager Alok has no manners and no interest in entertaining the customer. He has no interest in addressing the customer. Pathetic service by the Store manager Alok.

One of the worst experience I had with your chikuwadi team. Your staff is working like a govt office employees. No courtesy.. we reached around 8.15 pm after calling them in advance.. still they were not ready to entertain us as they were saying the time is up and they could not arrange for eye testing.. the manner in which they speak is not suitable for a professional company like Lenskart.. Then we visited your Mahavir Nagar shop, atleast they were okay in customer service.. you really need to review your Chikuwadi shop staff performance, specially you need to train them on their attitude towards Customers..
