The optometrist is good!! Other guy on the floor seems to be a smoker and he has that stench emanating from him, I wasn’t comfortable talking to him during my order process.

Best place to buy specs in borivali. Parag and Punam are kind, humble and very genuine. They helped us throughly in the process along with suggestions on frames to buy for progressive lenses. We bought 6 specs all together and they helped in suggesting what is the best thing to do in terms of billing.

Most pathetic after sales service, they make mistakes wrong power specs, they even downgrade the package , you pay for wide corridor you get normal corridor without your consent and knowledge and when you go for return,they ask you to come multiple times and they have no answer to tgat, sometimes request is pending for approval sometimes store manager is on holiday
