I recently had a fantastic experience at neueye advance eye care and highly recommend them! Dr.susha was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to thoroughly explain my eye condition and treatment options. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, making the whole process smooth and comfortable.

Visited the NeuEye Clinic for an eye check up. Was very impressed with the staff to begin with. The receptionist was courteous and well informed about our appt. The optician who checked all the parameters of the eyes was very efficient. Checked thoroughly, very patiently , understood everything in detail and noted all her findings very promptly and efficiently. Then it was time to meet Dr Susha who was extremely polite and understanding. She explained the findings very well and guided me properly on the way forward. It was a great experience with NeuEye.

The doctor is good. But she's not very disciplined with her timings. even though I booked an appointment,every time she comes late for more than 45 mins. I mean if someone booked an appointment, so value their time. SO I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC, IF YOU HAVE 4-5 HOURS TO SPEND

I visited Dr Susha for my 5 yr old daughter. She and her staff were very welcome and kept my daughter at so much ease that my daughter let her remove a foreign body from her eye with no fuss. She's calm, gentle and has accurate diagnosis. Definitely not looking anywhere else for future eye troubles.

Arav age 9 In my role as a parent, I have been thrown on the other side of the consultant’s desk. My seven year old was diagnosed with amblyopia His condition was identified by my ophthalmologist. After sometime we have been referred to the pediatric sub-specialist viz.Dr.Sucha Sugathan(Neueye advanced eye care clinic in Powai) As suggested by Dr.Susha we pursued Vision Therapy. At that time( in Jan'24) his vision was 6/12. Ms. Neha an optometrist skilled in vision therapy started at- clinic vision therapy and also gave few sets of at-home exercises to work on with my son. His vision started to improve and a better level of visual acuity was reached. This not only helped strengthen the eyes, but improved the other aspects of the amblyopia syndrome.
