I recently visited Rushabh Eye Hospital Chembur and, unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. The ladies at the receiption area were very un-professional. they were busy with their own personal discussion rather than focusing on the patients. They least cared about the eye drops to dilated eye before the checkup. Once I finally saw the doctor, I felt rushed through my appointment and my concerns weren't fully addressed.Overall, I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the level of care I received. I hope the hospital can improve its processes and patient intraction and care for us in the future when we vist.

I had a great experience at Centre for Sight (Rushabh Eye Hospital) for my eye checkup. A big thank you to Dr. Namrata Kabra and the entire staff—they are incredibly friendly, positive, and full of energy, which makes others feel positive as well.

Had a great and smooth experience with SMILE laser surgery. Initial appointment and tests take a day, and my surgery was scheduled for two days later. Dr Namrata is amazing and made me comfortable during the diagnosis and procedure, and currently through follow-ups (mandatory at the day1, day7 and day30 mark after surgery). All pros and cons associated are explained in great depth as desired. I used to get my regular eye checkups done here years ago and choosing Rushabh for eliminating glasses completes the circle. Satisfied and recommended.

I had to do a very advanced test for my eye to rule out any Neuro issues. The test required me to focus and click everytime I saw a dot on the screen. In the middle of the test suddenly 2-3 men and the lady doing my test started talking loudly with each other which disturbed and I couldn’t focus completely for the last 2-3 minutes which was crucial. I actually spoke to the staff and told them that this is absolutely not done and they can’t keep talking and disturbing patients while the test is going on.

Worst experience of any medical clinic so far, on internet clinic time mentioned as till 8PM, on clinic hording it's mentioned till 8PM, but when visited clinic after my office, receptionists said they take last patient before 7 PM. Wasted my entire trip to chembur for eye check up was waste. Won't recommend this clinic.
