Actually bad experience. Staff is good but minimum decency to a clean product is missing. Means a spectacles handed over should be cleaned and give in proper condition. He told to do it at home

Place is good & staff is cooperative. I bought specs for my self & now visited again to buy specs for my wife. However they can improve their test equipment. For example board used for reading is too used up & letters are not sharp & clear.

It’s been 6 long years I am associated with Titan eye plus , first in Bangalore and then in Mumbai ... needless to say I am very happy with Titan They offer you a vast range of frames (sometimes with discounts) , even flexible for people who wants something pocket friendly and good looking . The stuffs are well behaved , gentle and take care of your wishes (they don’t force you for higher range of glasses or frames) and also make you understand the difference between prices (why and how) . Locations of Titan eye plus stores are always very convenient, easy to find out . The stores are clean tidy , they are quick to respond your queries and needs so stores never get over crowded . The optometrists are good too. And products get ready very quickly within 4-7 days . Thank you 😊

I visited titan eye plus powai location to get lenses changed for my glasses alongwith an eye checkup. My eye checkup was done by a professional and I didnt have to wait much. I was provided all the info about the different lenses. The billing was also done smoothly. When I returned to pick up my glasses with my friends, they also liked the store and one of my friends ended up buying a frame. I even received a call after i picked up my new glasses, to get a feedback and to see if my new pair were fitting correctly and if I had any issues. Overall, very good customer experience, good range and quality of products.
