Hospital service is very bad Staff behavior is not good Doctors work carelessly Charge Extra fees and especially Dr Sonak Mukadam's behavior is very disgusting. I went through surgery in this hospital and my surgery was unsuccessful by their silly mistakes.. and after that their doctors didnt take responsibility. Best Hospital in Nagpur for Eye care. Had consulted Dr.Shounak Mokadam Sir. He is such a gem of Person and Doctor. His diagnosis is so accurate. He answered every query so patiently and was so supportive. The other staff and facilities also very good.

Best Drs and disciplined staff and spic n span environment with all basic facilities. I started my treatment some 25 yrs back under Dr. Prafull, who is a gem of a Dr. Later Dr Shaunak took over n he is as excellent as his father. I have full trust in Mokadam Drs.

They gave everyone appointment at same time but doctor don't appear. Our time doesn't have value. We have to wait a long and Doctor come on their time. Not explain much and staff are very naive in handling the patient. I wanted to do Lasik operation but now going to choose another doctor. Hospital should need proper hospitality. I wish they should put patient first before doctor and give value to our time also
