Pros: The Honorable Doctor at this esteemed eye hospital is dedicated and hardworking. Cons: However, we have observed that the behavior of some staff members at the reception could be more professional and patient-friendly. Their casual approach and lack of attentiveness toward patients' concerns affect the overall experience. During our recent visit, we encountered certain challenges that we would like to share constructively. When we contacted the reception to book an appointment for a consultation, we were informed that appointments could not be scheduled over the phone and that the patient needed to visit the hospital in person. Respecting this protocol, we promptly arrived at the hospital within five minutes. However, upon reaching the reception, we were informed that all appointments for the next two days were already booked and that the earliest available slot would be after two days. We sincerely believe that had this information been communicated to us during the initial phone call, it would have saved both time and effort. When we sought clarification on this matter, the response from the receptionist was not as courteous and professional as expected. Instead of providing a clear explanation, unnecessary arguments arose. We humbly request the Honorable Doctor to consider this as an opportunity to further enhance the patient experience by guiding the staff toward more empathetic and professional communication. Our intention is not to complain but to contribute positively to the continued excellence of this hospital.

Worst management! My parents went there 3-4 times to visit doctor for eye checkup..after going there receptionist asked to wait for 2-3 hrs as doctor was busy in surgery and never show up..if he is busy then why receptionist tells to come and wait..post going there doc never check eyes ..this is usual habit ..so better look for good doctor and don’t waste time.

Worst staff behaviour, very rood and very impolite. They make me wait for an hour just to make an appointment .

I visited this clinic few days back for eye infection and had a good experience. Dr. Potdar thoroughly checked my eye even though it was not critical and was polite while counseling. Experienced and we'll behaved staff and doctor.

Worst Doctor given wrong number to me and my wife. i lose my Rs 16000/-. I am not recommended any one to go and check you Eyes as it's important to all human beings. I make my species in Vision Empress
